weight loss?

im at a postition now that ihave to lose weight because of high blood pressure

im on 200mg of test a week and i cant lose weight with any of those diets , atkins, metobolic, crumbs, etc lots of bloat !!!

i was wondering if i just had 1 meal of low gi carbs and protien and then 2 metrx shackes for the day

would i lose weight ?

i really dont care about losing muscle right now , i just need to drop 50lbs quick!!!!

i train 4 times a week and do 45 min cardio eod

please help , i will pay some one if they can help me
 
bro first off stop being desperate it will hurt you in the long run, i did the atkins diet and lost 70 pounds all good right? wrong i gained back 74 plus the whole time i was imaciated and withered out, i could of taken a better rout but i didnt care as long as i lost weight i did but i paid for such rapid weight loss, try to lose MAXIMUM 3 pounds per week and even thats pushing it any bro on here will tell you the same thing
 
do some research on clen,t-3, with a little test cycle
use eca when off the t-3 cycle.
Watch the weight fall off

i want to use t-3 but i hear weight gain post cycle is herendous, what are your experiences with this combo bro

also when i eat 6 times a day i dont lose weight i gain it

do a search on the animalbolics diet program, its a easy diet with great results

I was a fat ass 227 lber then I started watching my diet, eating at least five small meals a day, and doing an hour of cardio at least three times a week. I then got down to 170. But then I got juice and muscle.
 
Look up info on the Warrior diet. Concept is based on historical information. Over eating and udereating. Its extremely renegade . But maybe worth a look.
 
Drink 2 gal of water a day.

I swear that made the biggest change in my health.

I used to get frequent headaches and had a hard time sticking to my diet, but the water was key. Helps keep you feeling full and it is easier to recover from workouts while hydrated.

Plus the 2 miles a day I walk to the bathroom and back helps...

That's because you're eating too much. Weight loss is dependent on the simple fact of using more calories than you consume in a day. 3500 calories is a pound of fat, so creating a caloric deficit of 3500-7000 calories per week will yeild 1-2 pounds of fat loss per week. Any more than this and you will loose muscle tissue which will SLOW your metabolism and thus impede your fat loss progress. Essentially loosing too much muscle, even just a few pounds, will put the brakes on the fat loss process. This is why you should and need to be concerned about muscle maintnance. Creating a caloric deficit, however, sends a signal to the body that it is undernourished and in a state of starvation. The body's response is to slow its metabiloc rate via several mechanisms. This in turn will stop fat loss as well. To counter this you need to eat FREQUENT meals as a way to "trick" the body into thinking it's well fed. Eating every 2-3 hours will keep your metabolism stoked thus you use more calories than you comsume because of a healthy metabolic rate. Loosing weight is solely dependant on diet. If you aren't loosing weight you aren't eating right. You provided no specifics about yourself so it is nearly imposible to suggest what a good starting point might be for you. Be more detailed about your stats and so forth and people will better be able to help you.
 
how come you cant lose weight? hunger? energy? lack of patience? no motivation? you have to give us details about your current situation bro, that way we can work a plan for you
