Weight loss..help.. T3 or T4?

Where's the best place I can find all the research I need for this?

I'm desperate. I work out all the time and keep my carbs/calories in check. I'm wondering if my thyroid output is low. It just doesn't make sense to me.

I've always seen bro's on here using T3 or T4 for short amounts of time. So here's my question:

Which one is preferable? T3 or T4?
Better results?
How much per day
How long should the cycle go without damaging the thyroid?

thats what i did and the guys helped me out a lot

but id get your thyroid tested- if its low, going on a low dose of t4 could be all you need- the thyroid works in such a way that unlike test, you can just supplement what you have.

if your thyroid output is low, god you will feel better if you supplement

however, if your thyroid is normal, taking t4 and t3 is risky and the results arent really worth the efford. i personally believe that the thyroid is a pretty resiliant gland, but still best not to try ones luck.

Results: T3 > T4

Thyroid Damage: T3 > T4

u can adjust the following schedule for 6 weeks:

Days 1,2: 50mcgs
Days 3,4: 75mcgs
Days 5-18: 100 - 125mcgs
And HERE IS THE CRITICAL STAGE:
The SLOW taper. This is CRITICAL so that TSH levels
are allowed to adapt to the dosage so that there is no crash.
Days 19-22 : 125mcgs (or 100 depends on your max)
Days 23-26 : 100mcgs
Days 27-30: 75mcgs
Days 31-34: 50mcgs
Now, SUPER-SLOW(TSH will be VERY sensitive to ANY T3 now)
Days 35-41 : 37.5mcgs
Days 42-48 : 25 mcgs
Days 49-56 : 12.5 mcgs
