Well I intended to lose about 11-15lbs before my strongman comp on the 28th so I could come in at 280-285. I started at about 292 and figured in five weeks I could easily drop some weight and increase my cardio and mobility. Well I cleaned up my diet a lot and started doing cardio 3 times per week. Well as of yesterday I have gained 13lbs and now weigh 305. Can't complain too much as I am getting leaner and stronger, but just baffled by the weight gain. I may be as heavy as 310 by the time my contest happens in two weeks. Oh well BEEFCAKE, BEEFCAKE- Eric Cartman
