Weight is so easy to lose.

I looked in the mirror three and a half weeks ago and discovered that I was overweight at 244.

Regular aerobics and eating less food since then. Have lost over 12 pounds, I can't say exactly how much because two different scales were used.

So whats the big deal with losing weight? Seriously.....all you need are smaller servings.

Its not that hard.......

I think that these days people try and put too much thought into it, and it therefor makes it too complex and confusing. This is largely due to the supplement companies who make people believe you cant lose weight unless you spend $400/month on shakes and pills.

At Those higher weights you guys must have no problem with all the muscle mass.

Well......I'm 6'5 1/2". That was a little bigger than I personally liked being though. I'm also interested in stamina, energy, and ease of movement. Now I swim more than I lift.

I agree,I cut out 95% of junk fastfood and shit and cut my meals down(not even really by choice,I work so much) and I have dropped decent bf in three weeks and my abs are showing a bit more and my muscle look more full

It gets harder when your bodyfat starts getting under the 10% area or so. It's still not too too tough with gear and hard training, but you need to keep an eye on stuff more. The body does not want to be overweight, just like it does not want to be starving with no fat reserves. So, your body is going to do what it can and help you get to an equilibrium but as soon as you start fucking with that equilibrium, things become more complicated.

depends on what your goals are,I have decided that realistically going for just mass isnt a option atm,I need to start gearing my training towards functional muscle and concentrate more on cardio etc, since I start police foundations in the fall.

so I am happy leaning out to about 170 and 8%bf or so and build my strength from there

Same here, I just can't seem to (naturally) have a lot of mass without a liitle too much bodyfat for my liking.

I can get big, but whats the point if you look like ass with your shirt off.

I'm just going to settle for the boxer look.
