weight is not coming off!!

I have been on a T3 and clen cycle for 4 weeks and I am not seeing any substantial results. Not only have I lowered my caloric intake, along with curbing my insatiable sweet tooth, I work out twice a day. All I have lost is 5 pounds!!!

Right now I am taking 50mcg each day. Next week I am suppose to bump it up to 75 and use 60 mcg of clen along with it.

I have been reading up the results that should be attained using this combination...Does it take a while before you start to see results? I am just too impatient??

Your insight and advice would be appreciated.

What do your stats, diet, and training look like? Is it cardio that you are doing twice per day?

I can lose a couple lbs/wk just by cutting a few calories and sitting on my ass. :)
 
I like T3 taken as follows: 50mcg per day week 1
75mcg per day week 2, 100mcg per day week 3, 75mcg per day week 4, and 50mcg per day week 5. I like Clen at 100mcg per day during week 2, 3, and 4. I follow a high protein, low carb diet during the five weeks and perform an aerobic workout on bike and weight training (cycle training). I can lose 4-5 pounds per week. If you don't have access to clen, then ECA three times a day throughout the cycle is OK.
 
T3 does not offer much in the fat loss dept until you hit 100mcg for most so if your just up to 50mcg now, you need to be patient. Its not a miracle drug either so dont expect any miracles....for that you need DNP.
 
you might need to change your diet and train for longer or at a higher intensity. it is hard to give you advice with no stats or diet/training info. but Zyg said it is not a miracle combo you need to be caloric deficit to loose weight.
