Weight Gaining

Im currently stated at 5'11 163.

I really want to put on some pounds but not lose the 6 pack.

Any shakes that will really work and maybe put me up 10-30 lbs.

Info please.
 
Try a good weight gainer that has a good amount of protein and some complex carbs. Also a little tip that seems to be the most overlooked thing in bodybuilding is unsaturated fats. Your body uses them to burn fat and make hormones (ie. testosterone); among other things. MCT oil, fish oil, and flax oil are all great sources. Each of them are different so do a little research, but a good weightgainer that has everything in it is (protein, complex carbs, and unsaturated fat) is Universal Nutrition's "Real Gains". SNDnutrition.com has it the cheapest.

I hate weight gainers. Personally, I use whole foods for my carb source, like oatmeal or fruit, and use regular protein powder. You end up paying an enormous amount for some relatively cheap protein, a crappy carb source(maltodextrin) and some cheap vitamins and minerals.
 
Im with java... the only reason to use it would be for convenience... but If your trying to keep fat gain to a minimum, you probably want to stay away from weight gainers... You could get a cheap protein powder to SUPPLEMENT with... that wouldnt hurt your goals.
