The whey is ion-exchanged whey, which is fine, however it contains fructose (which only replenishes liver glycogen) and fat. I don't see much benefit in taking fat+carbs PWO, except fat gain, err weight gain...

A shitload of powdered nonfat dry milk, I like to mix it with protein powder, It contains lots of calcium and protein and its much cheaper than weight gainer shakes.

Ok for me too it's food the best! But when you work it's difficult to eat food!

how so, i worked a 730 to 4 landscaping at a school district, 4 schools a week, 1 day for maintaenance, odd jobs. I ate 3 times in those 8 hours of work.
