weight gainer receipe

eggs, oatmeal, milk, your weight gainer powder, and a banana or strawberries/blueberries. you could also add some ice cream. and if this is post-workout, you could add a little table sugar and creatine if you have/want to take any.

the shit we eat

no raw eggs- that's so old school. Times have changed bro- salmonella poisining is not a fun thing.

Try oatmeal, Protein Powder, milk- whole milk if you really want a bulker, heavy cream- if you want to go extreme bulker, Peanut butter, bananna. Add some ice cream- it all depends on how bad your watching your calories- if your a hard gainer- go with the most calories you can possible.

*and postwork out you don't want table sugar! To clear that up...Dextrose and Maltodextrin are the preferred sources of simple sugars to quickly replenish glycogen stores postworkout.

eggs, oatmeal, bananas, peanut butter, hamburgers, pizza, chinese food, mexican food, all sorts of italian. . . . .just eat everything but hard candies or that other guey candy stuff. Go to town bro.

i stand corrected about the table sugar, but i just remember reading some article that said table sugar and creatine post-workout mix well. i dont know if its true or not but i read it..

and yes, i suppose there is a slight risk of salmonella poisoning with raw eggs, but if the eggs are refrigerated and fresh, from a good farm(eggs sold in packages around here come from local farms) then the risk isnt' so great.

8 to 12 oz. skim milk
1/4 cup cottage cheese(don't worry, you can't taste it)
30 to 40 grams of your fav. pro. powder(whey or whey blend)
1 to 2 tbs. natural peanut butter
1/2 banana or 1/4 cup pineapple slices
add ice if desired or a little water or more milk if u want it thinner.

Blend her up and drink!

that wasn't a hit on you or anything bro- I just wanted to inform him of what he may not know- I know your trying to help- and karma for you for taking your time to help out a bro. :)
