Got a couple free tubs of it, chocolate flavor, for free. I'll take anything for free, is it any good ? i dont like how soy protein is listed first.

Unfortunately this free stuff isn't. Soy is an inferiro protein at best and more likely estrogenic. It probably wouldn't hurt to use it, but there are much better choices when you run out.

If it is predominately glucose based carbs then it might be useful as a postworkout shake, if you don't the soy protein.
