I usually take a week off from training every 12 weeks or so for full recovery. In doing so, I usually come back to the gym stronger and more motivated. Now, if I were to do a cycle of 12-15 weeks in length, when could I include this week of rest? After the last shot? 1 week after the last shot when PCT begins? After completion of PCT? Of course, keeping the gains is top priority. Thanks.
