First I want to say thanks to those who helped me build my cycle, and diet. Im at the end of week 5 of.. Ref-b/Test/Eq/Deca. Going great so far. I've gained 25lbs so far, probably mostly from the Ref-b, and the fact that my diet was shit before I started. Im getting some great pumps, and strentgh gains. Ive been eating 4000+ Cal,,300g Protein,, Drinking as much water as possible, and working out 6 times/week. Also I've been thinking about adding in some Winny for the Progesterone sides. Do you guys think this is a good idea? .. Also, I've got nolvadex, and Clomid. Thanks for the help.
