Okay, just finished week 5 as of last night. Hit the gym today and weighed in at 200lbs...up 22 lbs in 5 weeks! That's way more than I had ever expected and I'm actually changing things up a little as a result. Here's what I've been doing the last 5 weeks:
125mg sust EOD
75mg Fina EOD
50mg Proviron ED
20mg Nolva ED
I don't feel or look very bloated and I shouldn't have much water retention due to the ProV. I was thinking along the lines of being up 15-18lbs at the end of the cycle...8 weeks total...but this is insane. My last sust injection was tonight. I'm dropping the sust and adding 50mg Zambon Winny EOD for the last 3-4 weeks. I'm also gonna cut down on calories a little...been up around 5-6000/day with lots of oatmeal, brown rice, and wheat pasta for carbs. I'm going to cut my carbs out of dinner and start limiting myself a little. I'd like to harden up and get leaner over the next 3 weeks and plan on continuing that through the rest of the summer once the cycle is over. I definitly feel the extra weight...my regular 3-5 mile runs are so much work and my back is killing me by the time I'm done. My goal was to be up about 10-12 lbs of lean mass when all is said and done. Guess I'm well on my way
