Week 4 cycle

Hey guys, just fished week 4 of 500mg test e cycle, nt sure how its going, I have noticed I get massive pumps, libido is defs up, strength is up a fair bit, nipples were slightly sensitive with some acne, no shrinkage in my bits, no real water weight I am an ecto tho and only up 4lbs.., diet is 500 cals above mainience, is it just starting to kick in or is there a chance it could be bunk? Even tho I swear it shouldn't be as my supplier uses the same brand
This is my first cycle so just seeing if I am reacting right.

Your diet needs to be more than 500 cal + maintanence.

That is what you do when you train naturally. Not when you train on juice.

Your diet needs to be in the range of 4-6k cals and 500g protein.
 
You can always go get blood tests to find out if the gear is gtg or not.

And yes you are experiencing the typical sides....massive pumps etc
 
Okay sweet, i just don't feel like Tearing down houses kinda thing but all the sides I'm expieriencing besides weight gain :( ha, I might try eating a bit dirtyier and hopefully it kicks in fully and start gaining a bit, I've still got 7 weeks left to put on I guess
 
test e really doesn't start to kick in until week 5 bro... its a longer ester and takes time to really work... you will start to really see a difference in things soon...

6 k cals and 500g protein lol I think this depends on the user tbh pal 500g of protein is too much and 150g would probably go to waste any way

Ok man hopefully, ill bump my cals up a bit see what happens in the next few weeks, also started forma stanzol this week aswell, thanks for the feedback guys!
