Well ive been on CKD for about 12 weeks now and let me tell you that shit flew by at warp speed. Anyways My starting weight was 216 now im 190 anyways I dont see it so much anymore, maybe its because I dont have as much to lose anymore or could it be just slowing down? Should i cycle the ckd with a 40-30-30 diet like 2 weeks CKD 1 week 40-30-30? Any suggestions mr X or anoone else. Or is there something I should add or increase on besides cardio I already do it 4-5 days a week.
