Week 12 CKD

Well ive been on CKD for about 12 weeks now and let me tell you that shit flew by at warp speed. Anyways My starting weight was 216 now im 190 anyways I dont see it so much anymore, maybe its because I dont have as much to lose anymore or could it be just slowing down? Should i cycle the ckd with a 40-30-30 diet like 2 weeks CKD 1 week 40-30-30? Any suggestions mr X or anoone else. Or is there something I should add or increase on besides cardio I already do it 4-5 days a week.

I would suggest trying a balanced diet as you mentioned : 40/30/30, but not cycling. Just stick to the diet and cycle the calories of the diet itself. I think that should bring back the metabolic rate and insulin levels.

Post Diet ALA ? What for and if I run a balanced diet do I still run iot at Wx12-500.For weight loss or just run it at my BMR.? Or how about just incorperating a 2nd refeed day into my diet would that help?

I wouldn't incorporated a 2nd refeed day, and I would probably stick to BMR cal for fat-loss. (weight x 12). You can use ALA, but just during the refeed, it's not always needed during the normal 40/30/30, although I would think it would help.

Week one I lost 7lbs but I figured it was all water so I didnt really pay attention that week but by week 3 everyone was telling me I looked thinner especially in my face, and it stayed at a constant 2lbs every week. Believe me you will be able to tell by like week 3

Start adding carbs slowly, 25g per day increments everyweek, so week 1 45g carbs/day, week 2 70g carbs/d, w3 95g carbs/d etc.
That's the safest route I can think of.
