Web Design/Front Page gurus

after seeing the godaddy.com super bowl commercial i decided to create a website and host it there. i managed to design it ok, using front page, but am having trouble with an order form. i can't seem to figure out how to capture the data that the user inputs. i set the properties to save to a text file and also to email me, but to no avail.

any suggestions???

write to a text file? i have never seen that done with just html, interesting.
usually that stuff takes a cgi script etc.. not exaclty frontpage material
