Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below I realize that affiliate sites are largely considered run of the mill MLM scams... but I have a buddy who does quite well in this area and am wondering if anyone else here has experience in the industry. To clarify, I am referring to the types of affiliate programs like the "free ipod" and what not that you are constantly barraged with spam over. Anyone?

i work for one of these companies and also work with large affiliate networks. the hard part is finding a nich that you can get into thats not flooded.. your probably goign to do ppc advertising which.. sadly cpc is goign up and up each day due to other people doing the same thing. I've seen my ROI go from 400% down to 20% in a span of 6 months 
same conversions same clicks just higher cpc's due to other people getting in on it. kinda sad when some asshole is willing to make 1 dollar per 10 he spends instead of 5 dollars per 10 or even 2 bucks to every 1 dollar you spend.
but a greach program to use to start out with LOTSSSS of niches would be www.cj.com commision junction.
