I love the logic in motocyclists sans helmets yet car drivers have to be belted. Can you say insane legislators?

I've used seatbelts since 1964; and my life was saved by one in 9/95. I think seatbelts are great and that people with any sense would choose to use them.

HOWEVER, I am 100% against seatbelt laws. (1) Selective enforcement.. it can be used against people or "cars" the cops dont like while the guy in the Lexus -- or the vehicle with dark windows can get off scott free. (2) People should be allowed to kill themselves. In fact, I ENCOURAGE allowing people who are candidates for the Darwin Award to pursue their fate -- preferably before they reproduce. (3) I'm agin the gummit telling us what to do when its none of their f'un binness.

Yup, that's what I care about as well. Do what ever you want as long as I don't pay for it but...I do.
