Can anyone help me out with what I can do for weak bones. When I walk my ankle bones click like mad. My7 other joints also click often especially my wrists, knees and back too
Im not much of a milk drinker, i usally only drink it in my coffee (and I drink loads of coffee so lets say if you add up the milk... about 1 glass
- which i know its bad
But is there anything else I can do to strengthen my bones, ive heard the more muscle you build, the better it protects your bones but how true is this because Ive also heard that if you have too much muscle then your bones cant carry it (too heavy etc) please help
