ways to prevent estrogen rebound while on letro/a-dex?

how can you prevent estrogen rebound when taking an aromatase inhibitor, specifically letrozole?

Letro is known to have a tendency to cause a noticable rebound after stopping it. The only solution i find is either use A different AI like Aromasin or after discontinuing letro use a different AI

The week after Letro run Nolva for 20mg ED then the 2nd week after run Nolva 10mg ED. Easy Enough and a pretty common game plan. It should work for yah.

This strategy has worked for me.

Aromasin is known to have less rebound do to being a suicidal inhibitor

but I am not 100% certain if this is the case in a practical sense

i hve also herd to take nolvadex after but have yet to personally put it to the test.
