I USUALLY PUT ON SOME CORN + PEAS MIXTURE TO SIMMER FOR A WHILE, AND I PUT IN SOME BROCCOLI ON TOP OF IT TO STEAM.

ANY OTHER GOOD IEAS.

the peas arn't that bad, but corn is high in carbs and has relatively no nutritional value otherwise.

I would start eatting some Brocolli, Asparagus, Spinach, Brussle Sprouts, and Calliflower

I recommend either steaming some Broccoli, bell pepper n mushrrom w/ garlic in the Microwave for a couple minutes then top w/ MEAT
or
Spraying them with PAM then queing them, shrooms n asparagus come out especially well on the grill. And I make some faux mashed potatoes with cauliflower that kick ass, well, they taste good after you havent had a real potatoe in a year.

BTW Anyone know the place of brussel sprouts on the GI?

corn is a cereal not a veggie

and both corn and peas are full of carbs

yea, corn and peas are kinda bad for business...I would go with some better vegetables and it depends on how you like them. If you steam them normally they get softer, bbq if you like the more burnt(but more flavorful) type, microwave makes them taste sorta like steamed...i have found cooking them in a pan and mixing everything up with some good seasoned chicken makes for a tasty meal if you have the time. If not then crack open a can of spinach or something and eat it that way, personally I dont need to have things prepared all that well...i used to eat beans out of the can, and i still cook my chicken early in the day and eat it late(so it is esentially just strips of leather).
