Why is drinking a gallon of water so damn important when on a cycle. I get so tired of running to piss like a little girl every five minutes my friends think i'm nuts
 
Muscle is mostly water so it helps hydrate your body and muscles. Also the more water you take in the more water is flushed out so less bloat

also is good for the organs to flush out the toxins that AAS has

Hit the nail on the head,cant add any more to this ;)
 
Keep drinking the water bro, as said here, your body will get use to it...
I go through 2 - 2.5 gallons a day.

Muscles need it,it makes them happy.
It gets even better if you add an EC stack to it.

True dat! The worst part is waking up 3x a night to piss but it's better than getting a kidney stone-ouch! Keeping the kidneys in order helps keep your liver in order too.
 
I think muscle is 85% water. Drinking 1 gallon or more of water is standard. But they have found that the liquid intake does not have to be all drinking water as such. Almost all liquids count as water intake except alcohol, coffee etc.
