Water Weight?

Besides keeping sodium as low as possible whats a few ways via diet to keep water weight as low as can be?
 
zero carbs. If you do it for too long you'll use up your glycogen and get flat though. If you do this make sure your sodium doesn't get too low. I did a PSMF and forgot to take a little salt with each meal. I almost passed out in the shower. Not good.
