water retention using Omna 250's

Last cycle I had, I stacked Omna 250 and Deca, I really swelled up. I looked like a f'in brautworst. I'm only shootin one of each per week. Other than that, no sides. What is the best thing for simple water retention? If you know more than one, pls list. My source doesn't offer much. Thanks?

eat clean, low or no salt, increase your water, take an antiest.
