Hey everyone!! Was just wondering if water retention is a part of taking M1T.
Ive already gained some definate weight, and hit a record of 197 on an empty stomache, and 205 on my home scale on a full stomache. Which is definately a few pounds heavier then usual. When I press on my skin, anywhere, I can feel a rush of water through my body. Like a cooling sensation. Would this be water retention? One more question I have is, can most of the gains be kept after ending the cycle, if I just eat and continue to train hard? Any feedback is greatly appreciated!!
