how much water should i drink in an hour an 15 min to hour and a half workout with just weight training?

In all honesty, I am not sure there is a set "standard". I think there are too many variables - your fitness level, your prior hydration level, the temperature, the humidity, the intensity of your workout, etc.

I would just drink enough that you are not thirsty. In an entire day you usually want to drink at least 1 gallon, if not more if you workout regularly and have a high protein diet.

Ok I carry around a 20 oz Dasani bottle so a gallon would be six and a half of one of those i guess...Anything I can add to maybe one fill up of the bottle just for a change....a gallon of water is a lot....also, if i drink other stuff can that go toward my total water intake? Because i drink a couple cups of coffee a day too

Technically, no - coffee should not count. Caffeine is a diuretic - meaning, it helps water out of the body. SO anything containing caffeine does not do the best job hydrating you.

If you gets sick of plain water, look into adding Crystal Light to a container. Or squeeze lemon, lime or orange into it.
