Just curious as to why everyone seems to recommend high amounts of water intake while on Test. Does it assist the liver in processing toxins out of the sytem?

Well yeah, but you also gotta remember that muscle is 70% water, and to make new muscle, you need to be hydrated..... Biggest reason I drink alot anyway.....

Yes... 1.5-2 gallons a day is essential if on a heavy test cycle. I am susceptible to bloat, so water is a lot cheaper than tons of ancillaries and it works just as well if you are vigilent.
Correct! Believe it or not the more water you drink the less water your body will retain. The more you can keep your system flushed out the better off you'll be.
