water in muscles vs. subdermal water

i know the difference between the two, just not absolutely sure how to get my muscles to swell as a result of water instead of getting that smooth look from too much sugar/sodium. i allowed myself a 24 hour period the week of xmas to eat whatever the hell they put in front of me...cheesecake, brownies, cookies you name it and i paid for it for a week after that.....i swear i could hardly see one cut in my abs. so how do i get that swole muscle look without the stay-puff marshmallow look

BTW...i'm 141 lbs and 7.7% BF...thanks

Water prolem fix:

Week 1-2:
Daily creatine intake (load) 30g
Glycerol (Glycerin) 3tbsp. a day
5000mg Vit C a day
1 cup of black coffee ED/2x a day

In about 5 days you'll start noticing the difference....
