How many people use diuretics durring cycle to lose water retention? What do you use ? any negative effects to cycle( besides needing to increse electrolites)

cramping, palpatations d/t electolyte reduction i.e. potassium. Also if your K drops down too low you can go into lethal arrythmia such as Ventricular tachicardia. this can lead to death. I dont recommend using diuretics unless under the care of a MD to monitor your lytes.

Which one were you thinking of using?

Maybe try ripped. Ithink that is what it is called. Look in nelsons sigit should be listed there.

I know about electrolyte levels (can compensate) i would prefer mild none rx diuretic just curious if gains would suffer

I've used Nelson's DEFINITION...it's natural... and it works... you need to drink TONS of water with it (as with any diuretic).
