No joke, I think I have had 6 litres of water today !!!

what is the most water that you can remember consuming in one day

I average anywhere from 1 to 1.5 gallons a day. I pee and sweat a lot.

Ive easily consumed 10litres in a day while on a field exercise when I was in the army,we didnt even have a choice we were told drink,and you fucking listened
