Water and fat weight

Hi everybody I'm just wondering how I can tell the difference between water weight and fat? My diet is clean I do an hour of cycling a day and 30mins of hiit training a week I'm dropping weight but still hanging on to belly and love handles chest is a bit floppy as well. I hope to get some great advice as I'm now getting really down about it, and wondering weather I should try something like clen or t3. Sorry I should also mention I do 4days a week weight training, and I'm 39 years young. Thanks.
 
Cut your sodium intake for about a week and drink even more water (1.5 gallons or more per day). Also try a sauna if you have access just to see where your body is really at afterward.
 
Water is best way to burn all extra calories and fat from body. Water has so many health benefits. if someone wants to burn extra fat and weight then it is best to drink lot of water daily.
