Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below I've been increasing my water intake to about 1-1.5 gal. a day to help with water retention due to Yohimburn and to aid in hydration. Though I noticed that I get gas and get bloated when I drink alot of water. I just got a water pill to maybe help cycle the un-needed water out of my system so I dont stay so bloated. Any insights?
