Water amount

My math sucks, I was wondering if you guys can help me? I'm trying to add 2 gallons of water to my diet and was wondering If anyone knows how many 500mL bottles make up 2 gallons? Thanks.

i'm thinking its 3.67 liters = a gallon but thats a total guess off the top of my head

2gallons=8L(4L in a gallon)
so you need 16 500ml bottles

I normally drink around 8 32ounce waters a day. That is pretty comprable to 2 gallons, if not a little under or a little over.

it helps to keep water retention down. Don't ask me how it works physiology-wise, but it does for me.

How does one manage to drink that much in one day?

For bulking reasons, I would drink more milk and gatorade. That way you're getting in more calories my .02

would taking in extra liquids like milk and gatorade be the same as taking in water? Would it serve the same purpose? Because if it would, then I am with Sergio, more Milk and Gatorade.

what if you are on creatine??? will drinking water like crazy help put water too your muscles??? therfore make you bigger???
