Go to Quick Links at the top, click on it, go to Edit Options, then choose your defalt thread subscription options. You can choose not to get the e-mails if you want.
I want the emails, just not notification of threads that were answered yesterday today... it is meant to be instantaneous and usually is, but lately it has been delayed and today it is just gone wacked
