Was Bill Phillips ever busted?

Just curious to know. I was thinking back when his magazine was more hardcore than it is now. I was wondering if he was busted and it changed his outlook on things.

Exactly, that's why I was wondering if anything changed his outlook.

he figured out that he could make more money targetting the general population and trying to get them to buy his supplements than by catering to a small percentage of bodybuilders.

a smart man he is, for he is now a millionaire.
