Guys I'll tell you this right now..i eat about 3-4 home made egg mc muffins per day. 2-3 eggs per muffin. I also drink a very decent amount of protein powders. And i do not really fart at all. The only time my stomach gets in an uproar are the carb up days. But I seriously do not fart from all the eggs and protein i eat yet you think I would.
Try ginger root it will help a lot w/ the farts. I drink a shake for breakfast usually, and w/out the ginger I'd be going to work and people thinking enemies were throwing poisin gas in the building.
