Allergic to test? But my last cycle was test e alone but this didn't happen
You need to keep a good watch on your BP...that is a early warning sign and high BP is no joke. Take care.
Your doses look in line. I would continue and if it worsens then I would drop back on the doses of each and see if it subsides. This is why I have always preached adding compounds on each cycle after a Test cycle , so you know how your body reacts to each compound. If you added something different to this cycle that you normally would not use , then you would recognize the side effects of the compound and either drop it or cut back on the dosages. If it is Test flu like Steve said, you will know within 3 days or so and it will continue for up to 2 weeks with flu like symptoms. If you start feeling like you have the flu then it is test flu. Their is nothing you can do for it other than work through it.

allergies change in a person. you could get stung by a wasp and nothing will happen, and then the next week get stung and die. this is why allergy tests are useless.
myself i had penicillin when my wisdom tooth was taken out, and i went into anaphylatic shock, yet i had used penicillin before and nothing ever happened.
i read your stats and you are a little guy so the bp thing seems less likely but possible. if you were fat i would blame it on bp but not with you being a skinny dude. but who knows, its just speculation

elevated estrogen will boost your blood pressure. that is common sense.. if you are holding more water that is more pressure on your heart.
proviron doesn't aromatize so not sure why stopping it would make a difference. its a DHT
i will say this and it may or may not have anything to do with your situation but i was kinda in your boat when i ran a dbol/deca/test cycle and my bp went sky high and i was holding a lot of water. so even if you are in great heart health AAS can spike ur bp.
try running N2guard if you think its your bp, that will help bigtime
N2guard is a very good thing to add into you cycle, just as Steve said. It helps with all on cycle related health issues like BP. I won't run a cycle without it 
the herbs that are in it help. bodybuilders used to take those herbs by themselves now with n2guard you get them all in 1 bottle.
and if you are on n2guard and you being a small guy i still say you are having allergic reaction to it and its not bp
