Warez and Bearshare

I have a question. I have both Warez and Bearshare on my computer now, and I can't get either of them to connect to the internet. I have Norton Firewall, and I permitted both sites, but I still can't seem to get them to connect. Does anyone have a solution to this? Or maybe someone could point me in the right direction?
