Warcraft 3: Frozen Throne progress doesn't save.

Since a bazillion of my game CDs disappeared a few weeks back, I'm missing most of my favorite ones. I got the itch to play Frozen Throne yesterday, so I downloaded a bootleg version of the original game, installed it, got the Frozen Throne CD (real) from a friend of mine, and installed it on top of the game (using the real CD-Key).

The game runs fine for the most part, but my progress does not save. When I save a game and try to load it later, it's not there. When I beat the mission, start the next one, exit the game, and come back again, the new mission does not appear in the list of missions under the campaign (only the first one is there at all times).



Did anyone have a similar experience or knows how to solve this?

Before you save, do the Happy Naked Dance -- usually that will solve your problem.

I'm always naked when I play, but I'm not gonna be dancing. And I'm not happy, because it doesn't save
