warcraft 3 beta (for the gamers)

Blizzard just started the closed beta. That will most likely run for about 3 months, then they'll probably spend 2-5 months cleaning up. I would expect a release somewhere near late fall or christmas 2002. That's only about a year and a half late, but what else can you expect from Blizzard

i have WC 2 & tides of darkness, but i can't get WC 2 to work anymore. was it only designed for windows 95 or something. wtf.

It's all over the Warez Scene now, ISO is approximately 260 megs and people have created a workaround to play it Multi. Excellent game, definately worth buying once it goes retail.
