that is really interesting, i had been drinking 2 parts gatorade one part water at the gym and liking the results, but i will have to go back to water now.
Excellent article! I very rarely do the Gatorade type drinks. I find them way too sweet, especially when working out. The apple juice with water sound interesting, I'm going to try it.
Everything seems up'ed for sure, but I just drink water, it is free and if I need sugar and potassium,I will eat a banana, which is cheaper..I will give this stuff a try though next time I play ball for an extendend period of time..
