wanting to loose 6% BF

I am about to try out Clen, but am open to other suggestions.

I am 121 lbs and 18% body fat. I weight train a different muscle group 5 days a week, do high impact cardio 2x/wk, and low impact cardio (walking uphill ect.) almost everyday.

My diet consists of 40-50% protein, 30-40% carbs, and about 20% fat. I count my micronutrients everyday. I'm maintaining my weight at about 1200 calories a day. (I've tried increasing calories slowly, but alway gain body fat) My thyroid has been checked once, so I don't know why my metabolism is so effiecient on 1200 calories, even with all of my activity.

Will Clen help? I haven't had much luck with ECA's.

Welcome to the board. There is alot of info here and you should be able to find what your looking for, also try the womans room tthey could be more help.

try posting in the women's board, nutrition and training is different from men and women and obviously they know how to get you down to 12%BF, follow info on the anabolic board and you'll end up being 200lbs at 5-6%BF haha
