wanted to lean bulk

hello i just became a platinum member and i am not exaclty where i should post this but i thought to try here. I am a 30 year old woman who wants to compete in figure in the summer. My goal is a lean bulk, in which i can gain muscle and lose body fat. I am currently on hgh 2 iu's per day, and a few weeks a go i started to take a small dose of masteron/tren mix three days a week. My friend added to her regimen a lil prop as well. I wanted some suggestions as well as how long to stay on each . Thank you.
 
I only know the all Natural lean way to gain muscle... I'm not familiar with the drugs you are on. Why not start a log showing your weight, food you are eating, weights, cardio, background, etc.. that way people can assist you more on your goals... I don't think I would care for someone throwing ideas at me and they don't even know who I am or what I have been doing so spill it....
 
Sorry, can't be of help with the drugs. Tom Venuto's Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle e-book is excellent for setting up a program to accomplish your physical goals. If you're looking to compete this summer, you've got lots of time to do almost anything you want physically, so you're in good shape there!
 
Masteron and Tren are WAY over the top for you. Those are not even used by the top level competitors in the heavy weight body building let alone figure. Even at small doses they are the absolute worst side effects for women. And tren is the most side effect ladened AS in men as well.
Figure competitors use steroids that were designed for women. Not steroids that were designed for cattle.

Um, after responding to the BS & more BS discussion - I'm sure you can find a decent number of competitors who use tren. Yes women use anything men do. Certainly dont' recommend, it but they do so to Bunny's question - yes women do use tren. If they can pop it, drink it, inject it, I"m sure you'll find someone who does use it. Test prop as well is occassionally mentioned as mass enhancer. Some swear by the lower dose. This is all stuff I've heard / seen / overheard so don't ask me for specifics of a cycle. Just saying its not unheard of.

But to shana -- in practice I will agree w/ Ulter -- just because you can get the stuff or someone recommended it, even a trainer or a "national level competitor I know", doesn't mean its the best route for you. And we are trying to promote the long, informed view here...

Couple questions to you:

- What are your current stats now? Weight, height, bodyfat -- how much mass do you think you need to gain, how much bodyfat?
- How long have you been lifting?
- Why did you choose tren / prop? What is your cycle profile? Why not something else? Any experience w/ anything else?

Those are not used by MOST top level competitors. All drugs are used by someone, somewhere.

I know its picky, but this is a very surreal topic we are discussing..... people like Gregg Valentino & Denise Massino are part of the same world.... :rolleyes:
