Want To Start HGH +Which One

Friends,

I want to start HGH. The only reason I want to start HGH is I want to reduce my belly fat. I have been trying for years, changed my diet couple of time and tried wired supplements like Hydroxycut Hardcore and etc. I been searching about HGH and I believe this is the last method left to try. I have been working out for 18 months also before that I did regular workout just to reduce my belly. I did Ok but not great. So I started pumping Iron. Now I have good upper and lower half. I have good shape there but middle portion sucks big time. I look so wired in the mirror. Got lot of fat on lower belly and big chunks on obliques.

After doing my research on HGHs i still couldnt figure out which one will be good for me. I think Hypertropin is the one I can afford easly but still I want to invest on somthing which could give me results. Whatever I try I can guarantee my commitment. Please advice which HGH should I for belly fat reduction.

On the other hand one must know I am 27 years, male , 5.9inch, 80Kgs=165 pounds.

Last but not least How should I take my HGH? Should I take it before work out? and How much and how many times should I take it during the day.

hgh by itself isnt goin to do much you havent even been training long either....u should diet down and do more cardio.....have u done any cycles?

My friend. DON'T waste your money. You will be sorely disapointed in the results you get from HGH. Not to mention the cash involved.
Do 45 minutes of cardio and take a Thermogenic instead. I promise you will be happier AND have better results.

Dude, HGH will work if you have long years of experience in the sport, if you take it for a long period of time, if you supplement test with it and/or include it as part of a bigger cycle, if you have an excellent diet, and if you're getting ready for a competition...otherwise, I wouldn't take it....

Listen to halfcenturian. Get a Thermogenic - talk to OMEGA, he'll hook you up!

Also, get some cardio and get your diet in order...
 
i have/had a bit of the same issue. i just got off test cyp and anavar, and my diet is spot and cardio. that cycle reduced much body fat, not sure why but lost a lot in obliques. i have very low bf everywhere but belly, much lower but still not where i want. i agree with what these guys are saying to a point but if you are fighting something genectic i think hgh will work on overall bf. atleast this is what i have been told and will be testing in a month. i will probably run low test with it
 
i also dont think hgh is what your looking for. couple things to consider is #1 your diet. a carb cycling diet works wonders. high protein, moderate fats and low carbs cycled with higher carb days.
example = mon - tues 50g carbs / wend 100g carbs / thurs-fri 50g / sat-sun 100g. Tom Venuto's book is excellent and outlines this program very well.
#2 = cardio. look at the guy from the sub way. they talk about how he ate there sandwiches to accomplish all that weght loss. what they fail to tell people is that he walked 5 miles one way to the store, ate 1 sandwich for the day and walked 5 miles home. not sure of the specifics but i do lknow 1 thing, walk or run 5 miles a day, or even every other day with lifting the in between day and watch the weight fall off.
#3 - supplements like pgcl or dnp, i hate to mention dnp cause its so dangerous if not used correctly. ive seen alot of posts about succces with pgcl.

the thing that sucks is fat cells just dont go away and will always be there. especially sucks if there mostly in the mid section as the weight will always come right back there. good news is that if you take the fat off and keep it off for over a year it does not come back as easy. OR you could consider lipo. lipo would probably cost less than continued use of hgh and the fat cells are gone. not to say there all gone and fat cells can expand to unlimited size.
thats all i have to say, i know its alot cause ive been a fat body all my life and have used or considered alot of options...........
