Everyone was born with the same amount of time in a day,how you use it is up to you,I would suggest Morning Fasted cardio on an empty stomach 10 hrs after your last meal, the body will burn fat because the stomach is empty,this does a good hatchett job on BF, after that the demands for nutrients are hi,so have a hi protein shake,one hr later 5 egg whites a Tablespoon of peanut butter and raisin bran in a bowl of milk.
Your morning breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day, doing fasted cardio and several smaller meals a day will keep your metabolism in overdrive so you're burning fat all day!
