Want/Need to begin a PROPER regime to get big

Everyone was born with the same amount of time in a day,how you use it is up to you,I would suggest Morning Fasted cardio on an empty stomach 10 hrs after your last meal, the body will burn fat because the stomach is empty,this does a good hatchett job on BF, after that the demands for nutrients are hi,so have a hi protein shake,one hr later 5 egg whites a Tablespoon of peanut butter and raisin bran in a bowl of milk.
Your morning breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day, doing fasted cardio and several smaller meals a day will keep your metabolism in overdrive so you're burning fat all day!

thank you brother! nyc is freezing cold but i will be trying my damn hardest in going for the first thing in the morning jog.. thanks for the food tips, i will def try my hardest to follow. im 235 thats not the end of the world being im 6 foot 1, but my goal is to be 220 then get on a cycle. the thing is summer is right around the corner and whats upsetting me is the fact that i dont know how long it will take to lose this dumb 15 pounds. newborn kid on hand is tough enough and then a wife that goe sto school full time and me running my two stores 6 days a week and going to lift weights for an hour a day is one hell of a tough sched. for me. but i will attempt everything in my power to make this happen.
