I'm training early mornings now at 6am due to work. It's been going okay so far aside from tiredness.
I do get enough sleep, but am always yawning during my workouts and generally a bit tired. That's how I am first thing.
Does anyone recommend anything to wake me up properly on gym days and give me some more energy. I'm thinking some kind of caffeine pill or similar? Can't stand coffee, so I need it to be in pill form!
I would just want to take it 3 times a week, at 6am when I wake, just before workout, so preferably something my body isn't going to get used to when taken like that.
