Wake up!

I'm training early mornings now at 6am due to work. It's been going okay so far aside from tiredness.

I do get enough sleep, but am always yawning during my workouts and generally a bit tired. That's how I am first thing.

Does anyone recommend anything to wake me up properly on gym days and give me some more energy. I'm thinking some kind of caffeine pill or similar? Can't stand coffee, so I need it to be in pill form!

I would just want to take it 3 times a week, at 6am when I wake, just before workout, so preferably something my body isn't going to get used to when taken like that.

Take a good caffeine based energy pill/thermogenic fat burner. Lipo6 from Nutrex is good. Try stacking that with PowerDrive from Biotest.
 
caffeine pills are your friend - 200 mg = one pill = 2 cups coffee

here's a good method - set your alarm so the snooze can go off twice before you need to get up.

the first time it goes off, wake up, take down a caffeine pill, hit snooze and go back to sleep. after it goes off once or twice more you won't even feel like laying in bed anymore and you should have more pep for the gym.

i know it helped me get to class every day
