Von Dutch jeans....

I saw a cut of these that looked really nice on me, not sure if von dutch is a thing of the past though. What do you guys think?

These just had a little von dutch on the normal leather tag part, it would likely be covered up by a belt if i wore one. No giant flying eyeball or whatever the usual logo is.

brand sux, but if they fit go for it. Gotta say though, if those things are still like 150+ a pair, go with a better brand like chip and pepper or my fav "true religion"

found em for 60...they had some nice diesel's and some lucky's for the same. i think i'll go back tomorrow and try a few others on.

Well the whole point of this thread is that I wanted to buy the jeans because I liked the looks and because they fit well, not because they were von dutch. So I don't think I'm just 'buying the label.' I just wanted to make sure that von dutch wasn't totally lame now.

In general I'm not too hung up on labels anyway. A lot of people here hate abercrombie, but personally I love the way their button downs and polos fit. I guess I'm a little younger than alot of you so maybe wearing abercrombie isn't such a sin. Anyway, just wanted to make the point that I'll take form and function over a certain label any day.

buy them if you liked them, why does pepole always hang up on which brand they wear ? If i like something i buy it, then i doesent matter if there is a Lee, Von dutch, Diesel or BZR brand !

Ended up finding a tight pair of $150 AG's for $50 that I liked even more.
