I think Von Dutch would be rolling in his grave if he knew the people wearing his name because they saw someone like Jesse James wear it.
FYI, Von Dutch was really Kenny Howard, the man who revived pinstriping on automobiles. He free handed most of his masterpieces, and is a legit American artistic treasure, as well as one of the Californians who was part of building our Hot Rod culture. Yet if you go to www.vondutch.com there is nary a word about Howard. I guess his kids or someone got the name and have whored the hell out of it. He died in 1992

This girl i konw has a von dutch t-shirt. It is a regular t-shirt that says von dutch... must have been at least 40-50 bucks i think.

i think the problem is fashion is moving in a direction where the more you look like a frail girl the "better" you look. 10" arms on a guy is NOT attractive
