Trip was fun. We hit Cabela's as well. I bought my hubby his Christmas present. $295.00 fricking tree stand for hunting! He will love it! I had one heck of a time getting it in the trunk without him seeing it. I did give it to him when we got home since he'll be needing it in a few weeks. He was surprised that I bought it for him! Am I a good wife or what? lol

Spent waaaaay toooo much money at Bronner's as well! Bri loved it though. She was in awe of the place.

Storms? Yikes. We had a tornado just south of us a few miles. Lost power last night for a few hours. Strange ass weather for Nov. I have the WINDOW open in my office right now!

That is a nice gift. My wife and I are probably going to go up here pretty soon.

We had strong storms, but nothing like you got. Some bad stuff just south of Toledo.

Yep, Bowling Green area spotted a twister on ground....Tooooo close for comfort I tell ya.

You MUST head North to Bronner's. They added onto the place. We were there for over 4 hours.

Bri was dead tired after leaving there. Slept until we hit Dundee. She was ready for Cabela's though. She loves that place. I'll have to e-mail ya a picture of her with the big bear's!

Hit me.

Cabela's is awesome..just to see the mounts. Our friends were at Bronners this weekend and said it was crazy too. They said they liked a tree there that was $1500.

I bought all new tree ornaments this year. I'm going with a gold and white theme. It'll be pretty.

I even bought these crystal icicles which cost me a small fortune. Hubby is the one who picked those out. Of course we had to buy the crystal trim to go with it too! You gotta match, right? lol

My big Christmas tree gets cream and gold ornaments with all white lights. It's a peaceful tree.

My daughter's smaller tree gets all kinds of colored ornaments, a more traditional tree with colored lights, some hand painted wood ornaments we've done together, some ornaments from hubby's grandmother.

I can't wait to get into the holiday spirit! Last year I didn't take my tree down until March. That same day I put out some Easter decorations. LOL

Mrs. Puddles....Have you ever seen a Barbie Christmas tree? A client of mine did a Barbie tree for her little girl...It was adorable.

Great idea..I may have to do a tree for Bri this year now that you mention it.

I love the white lights on a tree...It is peaceful!
