I bought some today- by SOLARAY
one capsule contains: bottle reads
Vitex(Vitex agnus-castus)(berry extract)
Guaranteed 0.5%[1.13mg]agnuside) -225mg*
Vitex(Vitex agnus-castus)(berry) -100mg*

So how much is actually in one capsule 325mg?
How much do I take to see if it rids me of puffy nips?
I took 4 capsules today. Help me out my brutha's.

I took a gram a day of the same stuff ----and thought it was working but only to be disappointed--however good news--i gave up on it after my bottle was gone----realized I really do have gyno and surgury will be in the future----did it work? I thought so---but you know how the fucking mirror can play games with you----I know this probably didn't help but I would say just take a gram a day and see where you stand---some people swear by it..i took it and will probably take it again alittle more seriously...peace

I used 2 grams a day throughout my Deca cycle, not even a hint of gyno. Vitex can help prevent Prog gyno but bromocryptine is more of treatement for an existing condition

I am using it at about 1-2g daily. The lactation I had before starting this cycle left and is still gone and I'm a week into my fina cycle. Not entirely sure if it is the culprit there but it's so cheap that it's worth a shot.

I to experienced some lactation from my present Test/Tren cycle.....at first my nips started to get sore so right away I stoped the Tren and jumped on some vitex along with some bromocriptine and it has helped allot. I seem to have a tiny lump on my right nip and a little larger one on my right. I'm tempted to start running it again but no to sure......... Let me know if the Vitex works well for you in keeping away all the symptoms.

Thanks for the reply guys. I was reading an old thread that some guy was taking 2 grams of Vitex and he got gyno from it he says because it lowered his Prolactin but raised his estrogen levels- WTF? So know Vitex causes gyno. Is there anything that doesn't cause gyno? I can't stand the fucking word anymore!! *DEATH TO GYNO!*

Ok, so Bromocryptine is also used for existing gyno- what does it do for it...will it reduce puffy nips? Now- I'm off to do a search on Bromo. -later.......

Will do WannaImpress. I think Vitex causing gyno is bullshit Iwan2bsolid2. I have heard those rumors but I don't think it works like that. It alters the prolactin levels but shouldn't increase estrogen, at least not significantly if you ask me. Don't quote me since I don't remember exactly what it does.

Well I guess that by lowering Prolactin levels - you could assume that Test levels may increase- causing more change of T- to aromatise to E? But I'm no smarty pants. So you think I'm good taking 1g ED?


How bout that Bromo- it's not OTC is it?

This is interesting.. Can Macro and Huck give a definite answer as to can Vitex cause gyno ? And also is Vitex and Deca good together ??

Oh shit....that makes perfect since. I got gyno from my last fina/winny cycle. At first, my nips started to get puffy. (But they didn't itch or hurt). So I jumped the gun thinking the puffiness could become gyno and starting taking Vitex at 2 gram ED. Then a week after treating the puffy nipples with Vitex, I experienced a shit load of pain in my nipple area. Vitex elevated my estrogen levels and gave me estrogenic gyno!?! I'm getting some arimedex soon and will be the giunea pig and test if Vitex+Arimedex will eliminate fina gyno. I'll keep you posted!
