vitex - libido feedback

Haven't seen much comment from people who have actually tried it. Looking for replies of people's experiences with it.

I realize monks supposedly used it for help in chastity, but I have heard conflicting reports that it helps libido...

It is used in some e-suppression recovery formulations.

Has anyone had any luck with it?

I took some liquid vitex and had no problems as far as libido was concerned. It should only be take for progesterone related control. IE: tren & deca.
